Recipe for Beef bowl "Yoshinoya"
Mene serves 4 person

A) Prepare Sauce
=> Mix following in shallow pan and put lid for 30min on heat.
Sliced beef 100g
Soy sauce 50ml
Sweet wine (White) 180ml
Caramel sauce (Melted and burned sugar) 1 table spoon
Sugar 1 table spoon
Red wine 1 table spoon
Sake (Japanese rice wine) 1 table spoon
Salt a little
Pepper a little
Grind Ginger a little
Grind Garlic a little
Ajinomoto or amino extracts a little

B) Extract beef only from A.
=> Meat can be used for other recipe.

C) Add Onion and quiet boil till Onion get tender and soft (15min)
Sliced Onion half portion

D) Add Beef and boil for another 5min.
Sliced (Cheep) Beef 100g

E) Finish
Serve with steamed rice and add raw egg for more taste!
